The Hilton is attached to the convention center where the expo is being held. You can walk through a hallway right to the expo. They have waved the resort fee for our guests.

Rate will close on 5/14/2024 so book before then to save $$.

Located across the street from the convention center. Complimentary shuttle to and from Palm Beach Airport.

Is about 2 miles from the convention center. This is NOT walkable, you would need a car, uber, etc...

They are offering a free grab-and-go breakfast. 20% off any food & beverage purchases.

Holiday Inn

Is about 2 miles from the convention center. This is NOT a walkable 2 miles. They provide a FREE shuttle to and from the airport & to the convention center. Breakfast is included in the rate.

West Palm Beach Airport

Airport code: PBI

This is the CLOSEST airport to the expo. It is about 3.5 miles from the convention center. You can rent a car, Uber/taxi. It is not walking-friendly.

Fort Lauderdale Airport

Airport Code: FLL

FLL is about 45 miles south of the convention center. You would want to rent a car & drive, Uber/cab (might be expensive), or you can take a train from FLL to a train stop 1 mile from the convention center, you can ride Tri-Rail or Bringhtline. (see train info below)

Miami Airport

Airport Code: MIA

MIA is about 75 miles south of the convention center. You would want to rent a car & drive, Uber/cab (might be expensive), or you can take a train from FLL to a train stop 1 mile from the convention center; you can ride Tri-Rail or Bringhtline. (see train info below)

Orlando Airport

Airport Code: MCO

MCO is about 170 miles south of the convention center. You would want to rent a car.

The Brightline Station is located on Evernia Street, less than 1 mile away from our facility. Go south and The Palm Beach County Convention Center is located on the south side of Okeechobee Boulevard just west of S. Rosemary Avenue.

The Tri-Rail Station is located on Tamarind Ave, less than 1 mile away from our facility. Go south and The Palm Beach County Convention Center is located on the south side of Okeechobee Boulevard just east of Parker Avenue.
